This young man was drawn at Middleton Independent Spiritualist Church. The information he gave me was the name 'John' (who turned out to be his Grandad also in spirit and the Grandad of the lady who claimed him). He told me 'bike', 'head injury', and 16. The information was correct and he would have been 16 now. He came through on his mothers' birthday.
This is 'Aunty Pat'. I was handed a sealed envelope with only this lady's name written inside it and asked to draw a picture. When I had finished the recipient said 'yes that's Aunty Pat' and promptly ran upstairs to find a picture of Aunty Pat as a younger woman (above right) to show me the likeness.
Carol's Dad
This picture was drawn by me at home - I posted it on facebook and a lady contacted me and said she thought it was her Dad. I looked at her facebook pics to see a photo of her Dad so I could compare the two and see what she was seeing, there was a very good likeness. I then proceeded to give Carol a reading about her Dad which was accurate. I haven't got a photo of Carol's Dad but she was thrilled with the drawing.
This drawing is of M's mum that I drew at a circle, she didn't appreciate the likeness I'd drawn until she went home and found this picture of her mum when she was 14 years old.
Valerie
When I drew this picture at a demonstration night it was my first 'outing' in public as a spirit artist and I was not demonstrating myself but sitting watching some friends demonstrate and drawing my pics. I got the name Valerie. A lady asked could she have the pic, so I asked her did she know who it was as I thought it looked like a young Bette Midler. The lady said 'yes' it was her gran and she did look like Bette Midler when she was younger. I explained to the lady when I get names they are not necessarily the name of the person I'd drawn but are connected in some way. 'Oh no', she said 'that was her name Valerie'. I was over the moon with her feedback.
I drew this young man at a demonstration and even before I picked up my charcoal pencil to start drawing his features (I had already put the background pastels on the paper) he told me 'Nights' so I assumed he worked nights. When I finished the drawing I wrote the name Phil on it. A lady said she thought it looked like how her brother Phil would have looked had he not been severely disabled, but she didn't understand the 'nights' because he didn't work as he was disabled. At the interval we went outside the pub and she was saying the only thing about the 'nights' was he had trouble sleeping at night, as she said this the outside light went out. Then her daughter was looking at her mobile to send a text and as she went to scroll through the name Phil Pickup came up. So laughing I said I thought that was a sign that she should pick up Phil's pic. We all went back inside and suddenly it dawned on her that Phil had in fact told me his surname Knight (it was also her name) she hadn't realised because she was taking literally that I said he could have worked nights. Amazing the way spirit try to give us the absolute truth, he couldn't have spelt it out any clearer for us all!
The two pictures above are examples of drawings I did of people who are still living. They were not at the demonstration but their daughters were. The names and information were accurate again. So how do I explain that - well first of all it doesn't mean that they are going to die. I believe that it means there is a loved one in the spirit world who they have a similarity to. It could be their name, personality, current illness or current problem/situation and that the person in spirit is letting them know they are trying to help the person still living in whatever way they can. I have actually written the wrong date on the picture of George as they were both drawn on the same night 17.02.11
This is a drawing of an Indain Chief. I call him one of my 'fantasy folk'. I'm reluctant to call him a guide I don't know if he is because he hasn't told me.
I believe this lady to be 'Egyptian' unless anyone can tell me otherwise.
I do believe this is a little leprechaun.
